- I understand that setup, event time, and cleanup must all be completed within the booked rental time of 10:00 PM–3:00 AM.
- I understand that security must be confirmed before the event and must meet Virginia/DCJS requirements or be handled through approved off-duty police.
- I understand that 360ism Studios does not provide alcohol. Alcohol is not to be sold on the property.
- I understand that any overtime beyond 3:00 AM must be approved and may be billed separately.
- I understand and agree to follow all 360ism Studios event guidelines, including no smoking or vaping, no gathering or lounging in building common areas, security requirements, alcohol/bar requirements, cleanup rules, damage responsibility, and the 3:00 AM end time.
