Defects, transit damage and wrong items are always covered for 30 days. Because items are produced individually for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns — please check the size chart, or message us first and we’ll help you pick. See the returns policy.
Studio time, event space and the RainRoom setup are all bookable directly in the shop. Each listing carries its own deposit and cancellation terms — read those before booking.
