This booking reserves 360ism Studios for a five-hour private event structured around designated time slots, allowing guests to rotate in and out throughout the day. Guests are not expected to remain for the full duration, creating a controlled and efficient flow of attendance.

The client may offer guests the option to stay on-site beyond their scheduled time, provided overall capacity allows. To maintain comfort and safety, on-site attendance will be capped at approximately 50 guests at any given time.
