    Book 360ism Studios for a 4-hour private nighttime event from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This flat-rate package includes exclusive access to the event-configured studio space, ambient nightlife-style lighting, DJ plug-in access, venue oversight, standard cleanup, and more.

    • No alcohol permitted

    • No smoking or vaping indoors- No illegal substances permitted

    • Event must end promptly at 2:00 AM

    • Setup and cleanup must take place within the reserved rental time

    • Client must provide DCJS licensed security. Security requirement: 1 guard per 35 guests, or a minimum of 5 guards for larger events. MAX OCCUPANCY 200

    • Outside vendors must be pre-approved

    • Guest count and event activity must remain within approved studio capacity guidelines

    • DJ, music, or sound setup must comply with venue rules

    • Client is responsible for guests and any damages beyond normal use

    • Booking is not confirmed until payment is received and final event details are approved
