15-Day Return Policy At 360ism.Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Please review the terms and conditions below:

  2. Condition of Items: All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:

    • Clearance or final sale items.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns.

Return Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items
