At 360ism.Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within
15 days of delivery. Please review the terms and conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost or delayed returns.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
5 days of receiving the item. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.
