DMV Pouch – 6 Event Booking Package

DMV Pouch has secured multiple event dates at 360ism Studios.

Each variation below represents a confirmed event date and reserved time block.
Payment of the selected date serves as the official invoice and booking confirmation for that specific event.

What Each Booking Includes

• Private use of 360ism Studios during reserved hours
• Setup and breakdown within the scheduled time window
• Access to restroom facilities
• Ambient lighting control
• Standard open floor layout
• Basic house lighting (if requested)
• Sound access (if applicable)

Promoter Responsibilities & Event Requirements

To maintain a professional and compliant environment, the following requirements apply to each event date:

Security Requirement

• A minimum of three (3) professional security guards must be present for each event.
• Security personnel must be in place before doors open and remain until the venue is cleared.
• Any exception must be agreed to in writing prior to the event date.

Post-Event Cleanup Requirement

DMV Pouch is responsible for returning the studio to its original condition at the conclusion of each event. This includes:

• Removing all trash from the premises
• Checking and clearing bathrooms of debris
• Sweeping the floors
• Removing decorations, promotional materials, or personal items
• Ensuring no damage to walls, floors, or fixtures

Failure to clean the space properly may result in additional cleaning fees.

Alcohol Management

• All alcohol bottles must be properly controlled and supervised during the event.
• No alcohol bottles may remain visible or left out in plain view once the event concludes.
• Any violations of local alcohol regulations are the sole responsibility of the promoter.

Additional Policies

• Full payment is required to secure each individual date.
• Overtime is billed at the current event hourly rate.
• Events must conclude within the reserved time block unless extended in advance.
• Damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
• Studio occupancy limits and city regulations must be followed at all times.

Once payment is completed, the selected date is locked and confirmed on the studio calendar.
