Terms & Conditions Section

Event Terms

By completing this payment, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. The approved rental is for Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 360ism Studios.
2. The event itself is scheduled for 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with setup and cleanup included within the approved rental time block.
3. Setup, event activity, breakdown, and cleanup must all take place within the approved rental time unless additional time is approved in writing by 360ism Studios.
4. Any additional time used beyond the approved rental block may result in additional hourly charges.
5. The conference room is included as a green room only and must be returned in the same condition it was provided.
6. If the event is ticketed, open to the public, or promoted publicly, licensed DCJS security is required. The standard requirement is one licensed security guard per 35 attendees, unless otherwise approved by 360ism Studios. For event that have a guest count 150-250 you will need a minimum of 5 guards.
7. The client is responsible for managing guests, performers, vendors, event staff, and production personnel.
8. All music, DJ, lighting, sound, and production activity must be managed responsibly and within building limits.
9. No damage, smoking, illegal activity, or unauthorized building access is permitted.
10. Alcohol, if present, must comply with all applicable rules, laws, and venue requirements. Any required licensing, permits, or bartender/security arrangements are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
11. The rental does not include additional staffing, security, bar service, catering, tables, chairs, equipment rental, or cleaning services beyond normal venue use unless specifically added in writing.
12. Payment secures the date and rental package. The event is not officially secured until payment is completed.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

All payments for private event rentals are used to secure a specific date and time block.

Once payment is completed, the event date is reserved and removed from availability for other potential clients.

Because this is a reserved event rental package, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by 360ism Studios.

If the client needs to reschedule, any reschedule request must be made in writing and is subject to availability and approval by 360ism Studios.
