Payment Terms

- Any approved overtime is billed at $125 per additional hour
- Client is responsible for event coordination, vendor management, guest flow, and any event staffing needed
- Event setup and breakdown must occur within the booked time unless otherwise approved
- This package is for the agreed event only and is not transferable to another date without written approval

The client may offer guests the option to stay on-site beyond their scheduled time, provided overall capacity allows. To maintain comfort and safety, on-site attendance will be capped at approximately 50 guests at any given time.
