Book 360ism Studios for a 4-hour private nighttime event from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This flat-rate package includes exclusive access to the event-configured studio space, ambient nightlife-style lighting, DJ plug-in access, venue oversight, standard cleanup, and more.

No alcohol permitted
No smoking or vaping indoors- No illegal substances permitted
Event must end promptly at 2:00 AM
Setup and cleanup must take place within the reserved rental time
Client must provide DCJS licensed security. Security requirement: 1 guard per 35 guests, or a minimum of 5 guards for larger events. MAX OCCUPANCY 200
Outside vendors must be pre-approved
Guest count and event activity must remain within approved studio capacity guidelines
DJ, music, or sound setup must comply with venue rules
Client is responsible for guests and any damages beyond normal use
Booking is not confirmed until payment is received and final event details are approved

Outside vendors must be pre-approved

Capacity and activity must align with studio guidelines
Guest capacity: up to 150–200 guests MAX OCCUPANCY 200
Client must provide security for larger events. Security requirement: 1 DCJS licensed security guard per 35 guests, or a minimum of 5 DCJS licensed security guards for events at or near 200 guests
Booking is not confirmed until payment is received and final event details are approved
Any overtime, unapproved activity, or violation of venue rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the event
