This payment is for a private adult birthday party event booking at 360ism Studios and is required to secure the requested date and move forward with final venue approval.

What This Payment Covers

This payment is made toward the venue rental for the event date requested by the client. Once payment is submitted, the booking will be reviewed and finalized based on compliance with venue rules, event details, and operational requirements.

Payment for this product confirms that the client understands and agrees to the terms below.

Event Booking Guidelines and Terms

1. Booking approval is subject to final review

Payment secures the requested date for review and processing, but all bookings remain subject to final approval by 360ism Studios. The studio reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet venue requirements, safety standards, or event policies.

2. Setup and cleanup must be included within your booked rental time

Your rental window must include all setup, decorating, vendor arrival, guest arrival, event time, breakdown, and cleanup. Time outside of the booked rental window is not included unless approved and paid for in advance.

3. Overtime is billed if approved

Any time used beyond the approved booking period is considered overtime and will be billed accordingly. Overtime is not automatic and must be approved by venue management based on staffing, scheduling, and building access.

4. Licensed DCJS security is required

For events of this size, type, or atmosphere, properly licensed DCJS security must be provided and present as required by management. Security must be professional, active, and assigned for the full duration required for the event. Failure to provide acceptable security may result in denial of access or cancellation of the event.

5. This booking is for private event use only

This event is being approved as a private invitation-only function. It may not be converted into a public event, ticketed event, or open-door gathering without prior written approval from 360ism Studios. Any change in event format must be disclosed immediately.

6. BYOB must remain private and compliant

Alcohol may be brought by guests only in a manner consistent with a private event setting and applicable law. The client may not sell alcohol, charge for alcohol, or create a public bar or nightclub-style environment without all required approvals and licensing.

7. DJ and amplified music must comply with venue rules

DJ equipment, speakers, and loud music are permitted only within the limits approved by the venue. The client is responsible for the conduct of the DJ, guests, and any third-party vendors. Music, crowd behavior, and sound management must remain controlled and professional.

8. Guest count must remain within the approved limit

The event must remain within the guest count disclosed during booking. Exceeding the approved guest count, misrepresenting attendance, or allowing unauthorized entry may result in immediate shutdown of the event without refund.

9. Furniture and setup items are not included unless added in advance

This booking reflects an open-floor / standing-event layout. Tables, chairs, specialty furniture, staging, décor support, or production add-ons are not included unless specifically arranged and paid for in advance.

10. Client is responsible for damages and excessive cleanup

The booking client accepts full responsibility for any damages, excessive mess, missing items, spills, stains, wall damage, floor damage, broken fixtures, restroom misuse, or damage caused by guests, vendors, decorators, entertainers, or security personnel connected to the event.

11. Full payment is due prior to the event date

The full venue balance must be paid before the event date in order to confirm and hold the booking. Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.

12. Venue management reserves the right to stop or end the event

360ism Studios reserves the right to stop music, refuse entry, end the event early, or cancel the booking if venue rules are violated, security is inadequate, the event becomes unsafe, occupancy is exceeded, building rules are ignored, or the actual event differs materially from what was disclosed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made toward private event bookings are subject to the cancellation terms set by 360ism Studios. If the event is canceled by the client, any refund issued will depend on the timing of cancellation, whether the date was reserved and held, and whether staffing or operational resources were committed.

If the event is canceled due to undisclosed details, rule violations, lack of required security, or material misrepresentation of the event, payment may be forfeited in full.

If 360ism Studios is unable to approve the booking under the submitted event conditions, any eligible refund will be issued according to studio policy.

Agreement

By purchasing this product, the client confirms that they:

• have provided accurate event details,
• understand that setup and cleanup are included within booked time,
• understand that security may be required,
• understand that overtime is billed if approved,
• accept responsibility for damages and policy violations,
• understand that payment is due prior to the event date,
• and agree to comply with all 360ism Studios event booking rules and venue requirements.
