Important Booking Terms

Setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental time.
Client must provide licensed security.
Security requirement: 1 guard per 35 guests, or a minimum of 5 guards for 150 guests. Security must be DCJS licensed.
Any overtime will be billed separately.
Final event details must be approved by 360ism Studios before confirmation.
Booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full and final event details are approved.

By submitting payment, client acknowledges and agrees to the event terms, venue rules, and policies provided by 360ism Studios.

Important Notes / House Rules

This booking applies only to the exact date and time listed above.
This is a no-alcohol event. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises for this booking.
No illegal substances are permitted.
Guest count must remain within the agreed capacity guidelines for the space.
No confetti, glitter, wall attachments, open flames, smoking, or vaping indoors.
Any DJ, music equipment, or sound setup must be coordinated in advance and must comply with venue rules.
Client is responsible for all guests and for any damage or loss caused during the event.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

All event bookings are non-refundable once confirmed due to date reservation and scheduling.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
